Richard K. Sans Soucy, Esq.

After a successful career as a stockbroker I left the financial services industry to pursues a career in public interest law. The need for committed and experienced attorneys who are willing to work with at risk populations has never been greater.

The legal system is intimidating and unforgiving to the those without representation.

Financial and housing resources are available to the disenfranchised and at risk. The process by which these resources are accessed can be an insurmountable barrier for those struggling with mental health problems, addiction, or physical disabilities.

Over the last 10 years I have taken over 1000 people out of chronic poverty through accessing government benefits, and by working together with some of Colorado’s largest non-profit organization’s including: Catholic Charities, the Salvation Army, The Denver Rescue Mission, Bayaud Enterprises, the Northern Colorado Health Alliance, the Volunteers of America, and the University of Colorado Hospital system.

During this time I’ve built strong working relationships with some of the most successful employment centers, rehabilitation programs, and clinical treatment programs in the state.

The first step out of poverty is knowing what your options are!
